Elmer K. Gibbs Sr.

Springwater - Elmer K. Gibbs Sr., 89, passed away Nov. 4, 2006 at the Blossom Health Care Facility in Rochester. Funeral Services were privately held for him. A complete obituary will be announced by the St. George Stanton Funeral Home, 109 W. Naples St. in Wayland in Tuesday's edition of the Evening Tribune.

Kathleen S. Graves

Geneseo resident

Kathleen S. Graves, 60, of 107 Country Lane in Geneseo, died Nov. 6, 2006 at home unexpectedly. She was born Feb. 19, 1946 in Rochester, the daughter of the late Everett and Ida (Stephens) McIntyre. Kathleen had been employed in the housekeeping department at Rochester General Hospital for several years. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a sister Lucille Zipeto. She is survived by a son John Pickett of Geneseo; two daughters, Sandra Mattice of Georgia and Holly Strickland of Rochester; two sisters, Jeanette Mutulli of Albion and Barbara (Erie) Clark of Dansville; two brothers, Walter McIntyre of Rochester and Kenneth (Fran) McIntyre of Greece; six grandchildren, Amanda Mattice, Alex, Tim, TJ and Shy Strickland, all of Rochester, and Alisha Burlakos of Georgia; one great grandson; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. No prior calling hours. Funeral Services and interment in Temple Hill Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, Inc. in Geneseo.

Harriet B. Roberts

Mt. Morris resident

Harriet B. Roberts, 87, of 29 Murray St., Mt. Morris, died Nov. 2, 2006 at the East Side Nursing Home in Warsaw. She was born the daughter of Ray and Bess (Simpson) Bryce on Nov. 15, 1918 in Mt. Morris. A life resident of Mt. Morris she was employed at Craig Developmental Center in Sonyea for over 20 years as a Recreational Therapist. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Mt. Morris. She is survived by three daughters; one son; 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. The family would like to give their special thanks to all of her caregivers over the last few years. She was predeceased by her husband Edward in 1994 and daughter Cindy in 2003. No prior calling. Funeral Services were held Saturday at St. John's Episcopal Church. Burial, Mt Morris Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Livingston County Hospice Fund, Livingston County Campus, Mt. Ruth M.Yencer

Nunda resident

Ruth M. Yencer, 94, of 9 Fourth St. in Nunda, died Nov. 6, 2006 at the Teresa House in Geneseo. She was born on July 8, 1912 in Grove, N.Y. the daughter of Walter and Nora (Patterson) Isaman. She was employed as a dietitian at Craig Developmental Center in Sonyea for over 20 years retiring in 1973. She was a member of CSEA. She is survived by her son Gary Yencer of Nunda; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Virginia Nelson, sister Blanche Huffman, two brothers, Phil Isaman and Michael Isaman. No prior calling. Memorial services will be held Saturday, Nov. 18 at 11 a.m. at the John W. Martin Funeral Home, 37 Chapel St., (Route 408) in Mt. Morris. Interment, Mt. Morris Cemetery. Joseph J. Zingerella

Mt. Morris resident

Joseph J. Zingerella, 100, of 56 Murray St., Mt. Morris, died Nov. 6, 2006 at the Livingston County Center of Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mt. Morris. He was born the son of Anthony and Angeline (LaGeorge) Zingerella on Aug. 20, 1906 in Italy. He owned and operated Zingerella's Clothing Store in Mt. Morris from 1944 to 1973. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church, founding member of the Holy Name Society, former Livingston County Democratic Committee Delegate, Mt. Morris Village Trustee and former vice mayor of Mt. Morris. He was a member of the Living Stream Company of the Mt. Morris Fire Department for over 60 years. He is survived by two sons, Robert (Marie) Zingerella of Spencerport and Joseph (Jerri) Zingerella of Florida; six grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; one brother James (Marie) Zingerella of Mt. Morris; one sister, Josephine Nesbitt of Florida; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Sunday 1-4 p.m. at the John W. Martin Funeral Home, 37 Chapel St., (Route 408) in Mt. Morris where prayers will be said Monday at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Mt. Morris Fire Department.
