click here In Memoriam Donald J. Barber Retired farmer Donald J. Barber, 68, a retired farmer for Noblehurst Farms in Linwood where he worked for 31 years, died march 10, 2004 at his residence on York Road in Pavilion. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Betty Ashby barber; children, Cindy Barber of Warsaw, N.Y., Darlene (Charles) Miller of Warsaw, Rodney J. (Ann) Barber of Leroy, Earl Barber of Wyoming, N.Y.; grandchildren, Krista Coburn, Chelsea Miller, Mathew and Justin Barber; sisters, Dorothy Barber of Mt. Morris, Gladys Maneval of Buffalo; brother Jerry (Charlotte) Barber of Geneseo; many nieces and nephews. He was born May 29, 1935 in Piffard the son of Elmer and Emma (Barber) Barber. Mr. Barber was an avid outdoorsman enjoying both hunting and fishing. Visitation was held March 12 at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home in Geneseo with Rev. Ray Lindquist of the Covington United Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial, Pleasant Valley Cemetery in York. Memorials may be made to Covington United Presbyterian Church, 1701 Craig Road, Pavilion, N.Y. 14525. Jeffrey W. Boor Dansville resident Jeffrey W. Boor, 28, of Dansville, passed away Feb. 11, 2004 in West Palm Beach, Fla. Jeffrey is survived by his father Jeffrey (Canadice) Boor Sr. of West Palm Beach; his mother, Shirley (Dan) Pifer of Wayland; brothers, Derreck and Patrick Boor of West Palm Beach; paternal grandparents, Jerry and Fred King of West Palm Beach; great grandmother, Ruth Jacobs of Dansville; along with aunts and uncles that reside locally. A Mass was celebrated for Jeffrey Saturday at Sacred Heart Church in Perkinsville. Jeffrey's funeral arrangements have been completed by the St. George-Stanton Funeral Home, 109 W. Naples St. in Wayland.
